20 Positive Mantras to Help You Get Out of Bed and Conquer the Day

Every morning it seems to be me vs. the alarm clock. How many times can I hit snooze before I realize I have 15 minutes to get ready and rush out the door. There are many reasons for needing an extra snooze. Some may be unhappy with their work environment so they dread getting up every morning, others may not be getting the right amount of sleep to make them feel energized the next day. Waking up and reciting your daily positive mantras is a great way to start your day with a clear head and positive mind set for a new day. Here are a few we live by. 

This is my day. Let's get up and live it! 

Each day I choose to seek and acknowledge my personal happiness. 

I am fulfilled.

The past does not define my present. I live in the now and create my future. 

If I don't get out of bed, I might miss out on today's new opportunities. 

Today, I will positively impact someone's day. 

Focus on how you want to feel, not what you want to achieve. 

If the grass looks greener on the other side, start watering the grass you're standing on. 

Today, accept what is instead of resenting what isn't. 

Just to be alive is a grand thing. 

It's impossible to accomplish what you assume you cannot do. 

Be determined and ambitious.

Set an example today.

The secret to being grateful is no secret.

Two things, more than anything else, define you daily: your patience when you are struggling, and your attitude when you are not. 

Don't postpone joy. 

Progress is more important than perfection. 

I'm open to whatever new experiences life throws at me.
